We configure and manage marketing and customer-communication systems for small businesses — CRM, phone and text handling, websites and funnels, review management, and related work. We build these on third-party platforms. We are a configuration and management service, not the platform vendor.
Individual services can be bought separately at the prices shown on our site. Prices may change for new work; a change never applies to a month already paid.
Management is month to month. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing us; you keep the service until the end of the month you have paid for. Setup fees are for work performed and are not refundable once the build has started. Late payment may pause the service.
Your system is built and running in 48 hours from the point we have what we need from you.
One thing nobody can rush: before your business number is allowed to send text messages, the telephone carriers must approve it. That takes 1 to 5 business days, it applies to every provider, and it is outside our control. Everything else is live in two days.
To hit 48 hours we need, on day one: access to your Google Business Profile, your logo, and accurate business details. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us and for having the right to use it.
If we run messaging for you, you must follow the law that applies to it, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. In plain terms: you may not text people who have not agreed to be texted. We will not send cold text messages on your behalf, and we may suspend or end service if you insist on it. Carriers can also block or reject messages for their own reasons.
Our work sits on top of platforms we do not own, including HighLevel and the telephone carriers. Their outages, price changes and policy changes are not something we control. We will tell you when one affects you and work around it where we can.
Your business data, contacts and content stay yours. The configurations, templates and processes we build stay ours, and you get to use them for as long as you are a client.
We build systems that stop leads leaking. We do not promise a particular number of leads, sales, or revenue. Any figures on our site, including the calculator, are illustrations based on numbers you enter, not predictions.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Either side can end it with notice. On termination we stop the service and, if you ask within 30 days, we hand over an export of your data.
Florida law applies. Any dispute is handled in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you are a client, material changes are told to you directly before they apply.
