This policy explains what Paradox Labs Consulting collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to rich.paradoxlabs.cc and to the services we run for our clients.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, mobile number, email address and whatever you write when you use the chat widget or book a call.
  • How you used the site. Pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser type, and how you arrived.
  • Your conversations with us. Text messages, emails and calls, including recordings and transcripts where the law allows and you are told.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to you, and to book and confirm appointments.
  • To deliver and support the services you buy.
  • To send marketing messages, but only if you asked for them.
  • To keep records we are legally required to keep, and to prevent fraud.

Text messages — how consent works

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with anyone for their own marketing. Your consent to receive texts from us stays with us. It is never sold, rented, or passed to a third party for marketing purposes.

You opt in by ticking the marketing consent box in the chat widget on this site. That box is optional and separate — you can talk to us without ticking it, and consent is never a condition of buying anything.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to end messages. Reply HELP for help.

We use service providers to actually send the messages — see below. They handle your number only to deliver our messages, never for their own marketing.

Who else touches your data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that run parts of the service for us, and only so they can do that job:

  • HighLevel / LeadConnector — the CRM, chat widget, calendar and messaging platform this site runs on.
  • Telephone carriers and messaging providers — to deliver calls and texts.
  • Payment processors — to take payment. We never see or store your full card number.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep the chat widget working and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may then stop working.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, legal and record-keeping reasons. Then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. To stop marketing, reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Security

We use the access controls and encryption our platforms provide. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes are told to you directly if you are a client.
